Polishing

Now that the airstream has been moved, I am now able to polish both sides along with the top.  We have not polished for a while, so this is sure to be a workout.  Lots of rags, a cyclo polisher machine and my arms along with an aggressive rubbing compound and some aluminum polish all make the ingredients of this job.

In the long run, this once a year event will last for...about a year depending on where you are parked...for example, don't park under a tree with a hawk living up there...because they dump like a machine gun.

Cool weather and overcast skies are the best days to polish as the sun will not dry the polish and allows you to get a faster on and off system going.  Please never try to do the whole airstream at once...not unless you have a group of people to assist.  It is best to do small four foot areas at a time.

In the next few postings I will show you more of this event and everything that goes with it. So stay tuned!   Bill
