Good Sunday to all...like we planned, this morning I pulled everything together for our short test trip down the road about four miles and back.
Angel is doing his part to ready the Airstream for hitching...
And adjusting the safety chains beneath the truck....
Now to unplug and first we will stop right out on the street and take a picture to see how level the trailer is sitting...not bad (see below).
What a great sight for sore eyes...New super shocks on the rear of the truck are really helping to support.
Now we are at our turning point and we have gone through a fake flat tire situation to see what this is like...you are supposed to pull the trailer tire that is not flat up on a block of sorts, and this will raise the flat tire off the ground. Well the tire wasn't flat- so it did not lift, but if ithad been flat it probably would have lifted.

Now we are back, and I am making a least three attempts to back up the Airstream...I am going to have to practice more...lol (actually not funny)
Finally getting it to where it needs to be with the hitch pointing into the south, and right behind the building...Now I can polish both sides without having anything in the way. Talk to you later! Bill
